This temporary residence is located on the first row of a beach south of Lima.
The second level is connected with the boardwalk facing an artificial lagoon of the urbanization, due to which the social area is projected here. The first level accommodates the room area.
The double-skin façade is a filter that preserves the privacy without reducing the sensation of open space towards the exterior.
