Project developed in the context of Constitución Post-Tsunami Reconstruction Plan (PRES).
Given the complex exposure to floods and tsunamis, Constitución requires a fast and safe evacuation network. The project takes advantage of the underground network and improves the pavements to convert these evacuation routes into promenades (either pedestrian or of mixed use) that strengthen the development and recovery of city center.

Proyecto desarrollado en el marco del Plan de Reconstrucción Post-Tsunami de Constitución (PRES).
Dada la compleja exposición a inundaciones y maremotos, Constitución requiere una red de evacuación expedita y segura. El proyecto aprovecha el soterramiento de éstas vías y mejora sus pavimentos para convertirlos en paseos (peatonales o mixtos) que potencien el desarrollo y recuperación del centro de la ciudad.
