Competition for an apartment renovation in Rome, Italy - second place.

The main goal of this intervention was to create a more inviting social area in the house. Thus, the kitchen and dining room were relocated, associating them to the living room, in a big open space. The 3 bedrooms (guest, single and master bedroom) were also relocated and reconfigured, creating fluid and functional divisions. The old kitchen was transformed into the new bathroom, and a new compartment, for storage and laundry, was created next to the guest bedroom/home office.
