With the Cheesemaker for Lékué it's possible to cook fresh cheese at home in an easy and healthy way. The Cheesemaker has three different pieces: the container for the mixture of milk and acid (lemon, vinegar or yoghurt), the lid for measuring quantities and the mold where the whey is filtered and the cheese takes the shape. This project comes as a result of the experimentation in fresh cheese production by Joan Rojeski with the collaboration of Fundació Alícia for Lékué, international leading company in cooking accessories. Here is the revolutionary meeting between this low-fat cheese production and the home kitchen.
