This Parisian appartement of 43m2 – one bedroom studio is situated in 1Arr. In a 1930’ building near Louvre museum. The building has been renovated enough to have a great entrance, but the appartements were only brought to a clean state for making the first impression and easier selling. The appartement of 43m2 seemed much smaller because of its’ reduced ceiling height and a very small almost un- useable bathroom with wc broyeur as well as poor installations. We wanted to make it confortable, functional and simple for use of the young owner.
