The reconversion of the former military arsenal of Bulle, today Les Jardins de la Pâla, and of the adjacent lands (Pâla 43) identifies the Halle Landi, Swiss pavilion of Expo '39 in Zurich, as a beacon and "trait d'union" of the new multifunctional quarters.
Atelier ribo+ has been commissioned to design the Halle Landi of the future.
