El edificio de cuatro pisos, ubicado en el área residencial de Polanco, alberga tres departamentos organizados en relación con tres jardines, bajo la idea central de combinar la tipología casa patio con la del edificio de departamentos. El primer jardín se encuentra al frente del edificio y corresponde a las áreas comunes; el segundo se ubica en la parte posterior e ilumina las áreas privadas; el tercero, es el patio central. Tres de sus fachadas son traslúcidas y corresponden a las áreas privadas y de servicio, la cuarta es completamente transparente y genera la conexión con la naturaleza del jardín central. En las fachadas principales hacia el jardín frontal y posterior se generan dobles alturas por medio de un sistema de vacíos triangulares, articulados en los distintos pisos.

Thee four-story building in the residential area of Polanco houses three apartments which are organized in relation to three gardens following the central idea of combining courtyard house and apartment building. The first garden is situated in front of the building and corresponds to the common areas; the second garden is behind the building and lights up the private areas; the third garden is the central yard. Three of its facades are translucent and correspond to the private areas and service areas, the fourth facade is completely transparent and opens up connecting to the central yard. The facades of the front and back garden generate two heights through a sys- tem of triangular cuts on the different floors.
