[the workshop aims to explore an upcoming potential scenario for the design of products and spaces, dominated by a generation of young people who no longer want to be job takers, but job makers, not just consumers but contributors too. Within this conceptual framework, students are asked to envision a design process where a direct link is established between the designer and the customer, where the designer become a self-entrepreneur, and where new synergies and relationships are created with the existing scenario of craftsmen and design companies. Students will be challenged to develop THEIR OWN PROJECT, experiencing the whole design process producing objects, systems or spaces that are able to investigate the contemporary lifestyle.]
