Soleto is a small Greek-speaking city located in the province of Lecce in Apulia , South Italy. It is also a Café Restaurant with delicious homemade Italian cuisine and café in Glyfada Athens. The Interior design is based on the classical Italian trattoria style in a modern edition ,in a chic and industrial environment. The rough materials like stone surfaces on the walls and the wooden tables are combined with luxury material such as metal and glass.
The kitchen is visible through the main sitting area, and is placed behind of an impressive glass wall, so anyone can see the homemade paste being prepared in front of his eyes.
In the center of the restaurant a wine bar is placed.
The restaurant is in the ground floor of a very modern office building, and that is why the design of the roof is showing the uncovered concrete slab . Under of the slab ,rectangular metal frames are placed filled with sound absorbing material, to improve the acoustic of the restaurant.
