Joshua Rice design was responsible for the interior design, furniture selection and interior styling for this project in addition to a complete renovation. The original home was a dark, mid-century single family home designed in 1960. JRD oversaw the renovation of the original structure, by bringing it down to the framing, opening up the structure. Completely modernizing it, while simultaneously keeping the unique mid-century appeal and character.
