The "star" is the lake. The is totally turned to it and tries to be neutral. The structure (columns and beams) is metallic, made in Ribeirão Preto and assembled on site. With this sort of project, economy, speed and cleanliness are achieved in the work. The slabs containing polystyrene in its composition have thinner thicknesses, lower weight and adequate thermal comfort. The roof is made of white prepainted steel tiles in a sandwich type like with thermal insulation and acoustic.

A "estrela" é o lago. A casa volta-se totalmente para ele, e procura ser neutra. A estrutura (pilares e vigas) é metálica, fabricada em Ribeirão Preto e montada na obra. Com isto se consegue economia, rapidez e limpeza na obra. As lajes contem isopor na sua composição, conseguindo espessuras mais finas, menor peso e conforto térmico adequado. O telhado é composto de telhas de aço pré-pintadas brancas, tipo sanduíche com isolante termo-acústico.
