On a beautiful plot of 650m2 in a complex with a view on the Dreamland tee off no 17 Golf in Pecatu, Bali and a sea view at less than 5mn walk from Balangan Beach, we built this 2 stories 4 bedrooms modern villa and a basement. for a total of 700m2 built.

We tried to keep the sea view as a bonus for the client in raising the ground floor level and making an infinite pool over the golf boundaries at the same level to enhance the dramatic landscape...

The house is articulated on each plot border direction and maintain the regular 1,00m each side.

Bathrooms are open Bali style and all the house can be fully open with sliding stacking or folding  glass partition.

All large bright windows and curtain wall are protected with sunshades and the central patio brings freshness into the house with its water feature, even when aircon is stopped...

A multi-purpose room at basement level has been equipped to received home cinema equipment, acoustic ceiling and movable partition, bathroom with sauna.

House has been delivered fully furbished, most of the joinery and furniture are custom-made in Indonesia
