Arabian Emirates. Futurism and luxury | Sandrini Green Architecture

The project drawn up by Sandrini company consists of drawing the outside areas of a new futuristic Majliss Tent – which is a building that in the Arabian tradition represents a meeting place for political conferences or convivial meetings- furnished with two private suites in a completely desert area in Swheian, in the United Arabian Emirates.
The ambition of the project is the harmonious fusion of traditional elements of the Arabian culture with an extremely modern and futuristic building.
The really vast surface area on which this work is carried out and the specific request of equipping the park with many symbolic elements of the Arabian culture is realized by dividing the project in different areas: a triumphal hall with a long and famous promenade as the introduction for an important building and the exclusiveness of its regular clients, the preservation and the enhancement of a historic palm grove, a modern and luxury fountain, all this surrounded by sand dunes recreated and artificially placed.
The use of materials is considerably emphasized: modern floors but with clear stylistic reference to drawings of the Arabian tradition, full-size bronze statues and a system of scenographic lighting which further enhanced the new landscape.
A fascinating union between the Arabian tradition and the Italian design.
