Arabia. Luxury and modernity in the desert | Sandrini Green Architecture

A representative Palace realized for an important family from Arabian Emirates and its huge park, whose construction has never been finished, were the basis for the work of this ambitious project assigned to Sandrini Company: aesthetic requalification, improvement of liveability and the praise of the magnificence of the context.
The core of the project is developed around a big scenographic fountain that was intended and designed as a long staircase that leads to the entrance of the palace, symbol of richness and power for the purchaser.
The choice of greenery was brought about by the fundamental will of creating a passage that was very scenographic and majestic, as well as liveable. Taking into account the extreme climate and masts nearly non existing, several areas have been created with thick greenery and therefore the number of trees has increased and, as a consequence, also the shade and the comfort.
A further fundamental element of the landscape intervention for the park has been represented by the reassessment of the practicability of the existing driveway: new palms with high trunk along the sides embellished by typical shrubs of the extremely hot climates and very small need of water. All this is valued by a lighting-technical plant with captivating scenographies: high-tech led lights that create chromatic effects and hues that are worthy of this marvelous Royal Palace.
