The case contains around 19 pyeong (about 63 m2) interior spacein a quiet and well-lighted location of Yuanshan, Taipei.  The owner’s job is related to bank insurance business and has a daughter living together with him.  Therefore the layout is separated to be a master bedroom and the daughter’s room.  Since the space is quite limited, it is designedin a more open style that the rooms can provide multiple functions, includingthe merged living/dining room, and the kitchen/dining table.  To make the Northern European design refreshingand less pressurized, the variety of color is reduced to create a spacious feeling, such as using the white oak veneer, wooden floor and white spray paint.
