       The first deck of the hotel is designed for stay of students. The double rooms are equipped with a Working place for activities on their computer (laptop), TV, Shower, WC and Balcony with Built-in dryer for sportswear. At the end of the lobby area (on the left) is located Meeting room for discussion competitions, celebrations, etc. At the end of the lobby area (on the right) is a Kitchen-Cafe for students with access to the terrace. Overlooking the bay a glazed lobby at the end of the deck allows students to observe the competitions.

      The second deck of the hotel SOLARIS is designed for residing of teachers, doctors and managers of sports school. The rooms are equipped with a Working place for activities on their computer (laptop), TV, Bathroom with shower, Toilet and access to the Terrace. In the illustration to the right is a Gym with modern exercise machines, showers, toilets and a sauna. Glass wall opens a view of the bay, where there are training in the open air and sports events. In the drawing on the left is the solarium to relax students and teachers after workouts. The solarium is equipped with a swimming pool with hydro-massage and automatically adjustable sun protection on the solar-powered.

       On the third deck of the hotel there is a Cabinet Chief-command post sports school, where is the office sports and management throughout the life of the organization.
