Roof apartment on   Balfur St' by Barshi Landes Arch

                                                        Fact: 90 sq/meter duplex apt' w/ 40 sq/meter roof.   

Concept: "turning the upper roof unit to the public area including the kitchen

                  And living room with an exit to the open roof allows using the roof

                  most of the TA calendar. By using floor to ceiling doors bet' spaces

                  in the lower level we tried to maintain an open space feeling. White

                  walls and wooden flooring are the background for the client's art

                 collection".
