O Rail Pompeia foi um dos projetos pioneiros da atual tendência
de reocupação da orla ferroviária de São Paulo.
Não apenas reinventou o local onde está como também
se apropria do caráter arquitetônico das construções ferroviárias
conferindo um novo uso: residencial.

O programa, distribuído em três volumes,
coloca as duas torres residenciais nas extremidades
e a área de convivência e lazer
no centro do terreno de mais de 11,7 mil m².
O conjunto abriga 399 apartamentos
cuja metragem varia de 40 m² a 242 m².

O paisagismo e a arquitetura favorecem o bom aproveitamento
do complexo residencial criando espaços agradáveis de estar.

Rail Pompeia is one of the pioneering projects in the recent trend of rail edge reoccupation in São Paulo.

The project not only renewed the place but also appropriated the architectural character of the railway buildings with other proposal: residential.

The program, shared by three volumes, places two residential towers on the extremities whilst the leisure area gathers all users centrally on an area larger than 11,700 m². Almost four hundred apartments that range from 40 m² to 242 m² compose the residential complex.

The landscape design and architecture provide wellness and leisure facilities at the same time that create pleasant and vibrant living spaces.
