Reforma vivienda unifamiliar

Ubicada en el barrio residencial de Belgrano R, esta vivienda ya habia sido reformada y ampliada por los anteriores dueños.
Los nuevos poseederes de la vivienda son un matrimonio joven con ganas de comezar su familia.
El principal objetivo de la pareja fue la relacion exterior e interior, el jardin con los espacios interiores. otro tema importante fue conseguir luminosidad en todos los ambientes, tambien una de las prioridades fue que todos los ambientes sean amplios y comodos.

Con estas premisas se logro una vivienda de tres dormitorios, uno de ellos en suite con vestidor, estar comedor, cocina comedor, dos baños, toilette y area de servicio con su dormitorio.

Single family housing reform

Located in the residential neighborhood of Belgrano R, this house had already been renovated and expanded by the previous owners.
The new owners of the house are a young couple wanting to start their family.
The main objective of the couple was the exterior and interior relationship, the garden with the interior spaces. another important issue was to achieve luminosity in all environments, also one of the priorities was that all environments are spacious and comfortable.

With these premises was achieved a three-bedroom house, one of them en suite with dressing room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, toilet and service area with his bedroom.
