La Garrotxa, Girona
The retaining wall to the rear that anchors the house to the hillside was extremely lovely. As well as expressing the effort of retaining the earth, it concentrated in one place the oven and the point of collection of the water that filters through it.
Earth, water, fire.
The entire intervention gravitates around it.
The rest is white, untainted, abstract. The preceding trilogy is joined by air.

RECONSTRUCCIÓN DE UNA ANTIGUA MANSIÓN RURAL
LA GARROTXA, GIRONA
El muro de contención posterior donde la casa se ancla en la montaña era bellísimo. Además de expresar el esfuerzo de retención de la tierra, concentraba el horno y la recogida de agua se filtraba a su través.
Tierra, agua, fuego.
Toda la intervención gravita a su alrededor.
El resto es blanco, impoluto, abstracto. A la trilogía anterior se añade el aire.
