Vailetti Commercial Buildings | STRATAap

This project consists of two commercial buildings totaling 6,450 sf., 33 parking spaces including 2 ADA compliant spaces and 5 bicycle parking spaces. The project is organized to front the highway in an active way while placing parking behind the buildings. The buildings are designed to be adaptable in a wide variety of commercial usues and are able to accommodate and are each able to accommodate a single tenant or sub-divided amond smaller tenants.

The buildings are finished with metal roofs. A profiled metal panel with stucco wainscotting will be used on one building to evoke an agrarian feel of barn structures. Gables give prominence to the ends like in a tower element. Evenly spaced awning structures on four sides of the south building and 3 sides of the north building offer a promenade type feel along the sides adjacent to the highway and parking lot and also provide for tenant signage.
