This pediatric dental clinic uses vibrant colors to delineate spaces for adults and children.

Inside the clinic's welcome area, a play zone with a toothbrush training station helps young children adjust to the facility and the dentist on their first visit, unlike in most clinics where children meet the dentist once already inside the exam room.

Each of the exam rooms are color-coded in blue, green and pink, to aid in wayfinding and to add a friendly feeling to the clinic. Frosted glass partitions between exam rooms and the clinic's central corridor provide patient privacy, while allowing natural light to permeate the clinic's main hallway. Within the hallway, custom seating pods coordinate with each room's colors and allow parents to wait just outside of the exam room, if preferred.

Finally, a "hybrid" restroom features fully-accessible fixtures for both adults and children, so parents and their children can easily use the restroom at the same time.

In the design of this project, all materials were selected to exceed Polish medical regulations, including sanitary and environmentally responsible linoleum tile, sealed woods, non-toxic paint and BPA-free resins.
