This art deco building is located in Downtown Brooklyn and serves as a pied-a-terre for a Swedish family, who spend a lot of time traveling. The interior was renovated in the 1990's and left almost entirely untouched by sheep + stone. The minimal, pastel-colored interior was created to allow for space to breathe and healthy circulation and flow around the home. Sculptural elements are paired with natural materials and modern lines to create a versatile home which functions as a family get-away and a place for friends to gather, sit + sleep.
