The challenge was to design a Hotel lobby/entrance, lounge area and restaurant-cafe with as many sustainable features/elements as part of the overall scheme.

The space designed is located between two buildings with a glass roof that would benefit from plenty of natural light. The scheme could benefit from the use of photovoltaic panels on the glass roof, LED lighting all around, and rain water recycling systems to improve building performance.

As for the interiors, recycled materials, green wall systems, materials-fittings with high recycled content and VOC free paints have also been included to maximize the sustainability of this project.
