The project was developed to find the optimal energy efficient architectural solutions for cottage construction with low budget. Building structure is mixed: metal profiles and timber. Attractive pricing is achieved by optimal balance of architectural and technological solutions. The complete elimination of any "wet" processes after installation of foundation сolumns ensures minimum construction time of this cottage. The house can be practically implemented on any terrain. It is possible an additional use of different engineering systems, including placement solar collectors on a flat roof. The outer walls were designed by technology of ventilated facades, that is not only practical and durable but also allows to use almost any material for facade cladding: wooden board, clinker tiles, mosaic, ceramic granite, facade plaster and so on.
