This bathroom was a finalist in the HIA bathroom and kitchen awards in 2012 for the builder, Phil Devlin. Billy Hoo was responsible for layout of the bathroom, including the design of the custom vanity. In order to give the illusion of space by defining the different areas of the bathroom, the vanity was given a bulk head and frame in a contrasting colour. The cut out in the frame allowed natural light from the window to flow through to the mirror as well as adding a decorative element.
