A large stand was required to display an array of the client's products as well as convey they compelling story. The brief consisted of three messages required to relay to the audience. 1. The companies rich Australian history, 2. The companies water saving innovations and 3. a 'designer' insitu display to showcase a new range of product and remove the stigma associated with the 'budget' feel of purchasing from a hardware store.
We love a challenge at Billy Hoo!

We designed the stand to create a 'walkthrough' feel. At one end we mounted perspex placards stepping the audience through a timeline of the companies interesting history. We then included an interactive flush panel to illustrate water saving innovations. The before and after tanks depicted glasses of water to illustrate exactly how much water was used each time a toilet was flushed before and after the companies dual flush innovation. The product range was displayed in the centre of the stand.

The other end housed the companies new product range. The slatted facade gave audience members a 'sneak peak' of the insitu display inside as the walked passed. The facade was designed to build up drama and act as an unveiling of the new range.

The internal bathroom used the latest materials and design trends. Accompanying the display was a take home booklet containing a step by step approach to designing your own bathroom and included a selection of the companies products, a version of which is still in circulation throughout stores nationwide and has become an indispensable selling tool for Bunnings' team members.
