On this project the main focus was to preserve the essential structure of the tavern and to readapt the furnishing for a daily use. The room (36mq) contains a kitchen, dining and lounge area all open to one other.

Main of importants elements were already present before. The table in massive wood, for example, is been covered by glass. The sideboard also in wood stands in front of the old sofà which was dressed with fresh and bright linen.

The main client' s request was a classic and built-in kitchen with a big fireplace. Some lights have been put in too. All materials used in this project are naturals. Wood, linen, brick and glass give to the tavern an essential and distinct style.

Unfortunately the tavern presents just one little window so it was necessary to supply to this lack with a lots of lights. A huge chandelier is hanged on the table, a big lamp stands in the corner and another one near the TV. A series of spotlights is hidden below the ceiling between the kitchen and the dining.

To decorate all scene the wallpaper, made in "WALL&DECò", plays a joke on the big eyes of the Fornaretti' s reproduction.
