Restoring a cottage that was in need of finding its way back to a classic island aesthetic. Previous owners had attempted to modernize without a plan or budget and do it yourself work. The bones where good, so it was decided to redo all the rooms to varing degrees. All new door sets and windows, new floors, and ceilings. New bathrooms and kitchen. An updated Island cottage. The garden and outdoor sitting areas were a high priority.
