This project (or better: process) is an example of endless time-based architecture. By stacking second-hand bricks, stones and tiles by hand, the area is transformed from a meadow into a high-complex terrain where humans, plants and animals work together. It is started by Louis G. Le Roy in the early seventies, and it is now taken over by several volunteers. The Stichting TIJD (Time Foundation) takes care that the project can continue until the year 3000 (and further....)
