PROPERTY IN BLARICUM | De Brouwer Binnenwerk

In the Golden Triangle of Blaricum at only a twenty minutes drive from Amsterdam, this house built in 1938 is situated in a wooded area.
The client has asked BOS Architecten and De Brouwer Binnenwerk to renovate and furnish his house. The house – which was quite dark and consisted of many small rooms – has been entirely stripped, provided with a new layout, extended and renovated.

By creative architectural changes like the built - on conservatory on the ground floor and the removal of some interior walls more spacious living areas could be created. This resulted in a large kitchen with an ample dining room, a functional study and a pleasant and comfortable livingroom, with a separate TV room for the children.

Also on the first floor many interior walls have been removed. As a result, a fully equipped bedroom, dressing room and bathroom could be realised on a restricted floor space. In close cooperation with the owner of the house, BOS architecten and De Brouwer
Binnenwerk have carefully renovated and equipped the house with all modern conveniences.
