In a central part of the city, on a corner site with no inclination, a three storey building with two apartments, a loft and a garage gate was designed. The sitting room area and balconies are formed in the front view while the bedrooms are on the side view.
The core of the staircase and the elevator, is placed at the back side and is lit by the back open space. A construction of blinds made of metal and wood which unites the floors, dominates the front part. The balconies are joined with vertical decorative elements.
