A narrow and long space in Hell's Kitchen, NYC, is the starting point for this collaboration between EDA and an Italian pastry chef from Agrigento, Italy. Designed to be a combination between a contemporary city space and a traditional Sicilian shop, the space offers a balance between the City and the Island.

The available space is maximized so that clients have the opportunity to observe the chef preparing the pastries while enjoying their cannoli and espresso. The shop doubles also as a store for traditional Sicilian art.
