GROUND ZERO

Of my biggest consideration: CITY AND CITY, Pythagorean homage The words of Nicias come to the memory when, after an overwhelming defeat, in the beaches of Siracusa he spoke the soldiers Athenians: “You same you are the city, there where you decide to settle... they are the men, not the walls and the ships without these those that give form to the city”.
I think that the contribution that we can and we should make to the city the architects, it not only goes by our decision on that built; in the best in the cases, the city transforms, he/she is born, it grows or reason of political or economic measures dies; with a quick look we see that little can make in this respect, but however thanks to our intervention he/she modifies the space and its bigger expression, “the place”, then necessarily that place models, he/she transforms and it modifies the men that inhabit it. For the architect, the form it is the essence, it is their way of their expression, their logoses, the form puts it in the world. The project, as a great centripetal urban space, contention symbol and concentration, proposes an environment to a related scale, but to the antropometría that to the search of the monumental thing, to discover the place that was, with the overwhelming presence of the absence, as the same mysterious origin of the life, the musical rhythmic-recurrent-cosmic, Pythagorean origin, materialized by a helicoide-light, dynamics, of glass that seeks to emerge to the cosmic thing of the dark depths, impregnated of the golden proportions by way of generative entity, promoter and protector. According to Paul Valery "TO Greece we owe him the discipline of the Spirit, the extraordinary example of the perfection in all the orders... The Greek geometry has been that incorruptible pattern, not only proposed to all knowledge that spreads to its perfect state, but also incomparable model of the typical qualities of the European intellect... European spirit, one of whose formidable creations are America." In fact of the European spirit that Valery points out they seemed to emerge a sinnúmero of risky alternatives of that geometry suscitante. Geometry that includes these latitudes in the unfolding of their layouts and he/she goes rehearsing forms, looking for a form, that form is America. It is a cosmic geometry, and in that sense one could say that America is the geometric place of Europe. But this change is the particular thing, it is the vertex of the new figure, of a new culture. The morphology of the project here presented he/she attempts the semantic émulo of marras. A first programmatic approach determines an underground of services, technological apoyatura for the sustentabilidad proposals and a great space with projection to the measure of the present and of the future mobility and urban transfer. The towers, glass prisms to the way of pillars mensulados support of the helicoide of vertical transport, where a rolling tapestry toasts every day to the travelers the possibility of the homage rite-promenade, and that in its dynamics space-storm it enriches the changing foreshortening of the city, of the arrival voyage or of escape to the superior floors, with a novel access through the lobby-terrace, mirador-garden, sweet shop, etc., with covered with removable glass-exemplified in the one it finishes off of some tower -, of climatic interactive design. The Center of the Scene is in fact the Scene, the static Scene embraced by another Scene abarcante, dynamics and universal. The green terraces in you finish off them and in strategic locations of the towers, besides enriching the aesthetic conditions of the city, they improve the quality of the air potenciando the absorption of toxic gases, they diminish the energy consumption, they regulate the general environmental conditions and in particular the temperature in a natural way. The lines that give origin to the composition will allow to locate important cracks of light, it dilutes, vegetation and life to the underground, with the possibility of incorporating the proposal to the current circulatory appearance.
