In a newly built modern Dutch farmhouse we designed an interior where each room feels like a new experience. Oak and raw steel play a leading role in this interior. Together with classical furniture and colourful carpets owned by the family this interior became an outstanding eclectic combination.

At first we looked at every room like it was a single project. Together, with the owners, we added objects to each room that were already theirs to create a real personal touch. By using materials such as wood and raw steel in each room, but in a different context or use, the rooms did not drift apart from each other. They actually became closer and closer to this family.

The owners immediately felt at home. Some of their existing furniture was upholstered with new fabrics. Every room has its own eye catcher and in every room a different material or colour plays a leading role.
