The intervention concerns the realization of a residential building located in a 1000 mq area, in
southern Ravenna’s old town centre.
The building is made by a central-plan three-storey block (plus a basement) with an architectural design ispired by contemporaneity but also by post second-world-war italian architecture’s rich tradition.
From the outside it appears grouted, with a small bright stone baseboard and a wooden frame. Indoors twelve accomodations have been designed, six of them at the ground floor, four at the first floor and two attics that have both a big terrace at the second floor.
