The owner of the property approached me recently
with a rather unique request. He purchased the
property, as“chata” and partly refurbished it few
years ago. After living in the house ,he found out ,
that it isn’t sufficient for permanent living ,due to the
small space and unresolved circulation. The
challenge was responded to, by proposing to add
new stairscaise and better connect to the outdoors
via the balcony ,as well as moving the entrance
from the back to the front facade. Drawings are
work in progress.
