Masterplan and preliminary architectural design of one of the largest urban development in Taiwan and Taichung City.
The masterplan is located in an area next to the new center and it defines the door of the future Taichung. Stil Novo City is inspired by series of images and concepts referring to Taiwanese landscapes and architectures and to Italian culture: rice fields, traditional chinese architecture, Italian Medieval cities, such as San Gimignano and Assisi.
The program contains:
- Bus Station (long distance)
- Commercial Centre, with cinema complex
and fine dining
- 5 stars Hotel and Serviced Apartments
- 4 stars Hotel and Parity Apartments
- Offices
- Parking
- Parks, plazas and gardens.
The site covers an area of 8 hectares and floor area ratio is 500%.
The office tower, symbol of the future Taichung, will be 300 meters high.
