Located in Friedrichshain, Berlin, the building is part of the Soviet residential complex along Frankfurter Allee (Stalinallee Block G, designed by Hanns Hopp).
The preserved buildings are one of the most prominent examples of architecture in East Berlin.
The cut of the apartments in the Hanns Hopp buildings is already very practical and the units are mostly constructed with concrete and typical ’60s finishes.
Kitchen and bathroom were renovated and upgraded to current standards. A continual resin floor was laid in the apartment, giving it a more urban feeling.
