The overall design involves the refurbishment of a three storeys mansion house in central London, nearby High Street Kensington. Our team was appointed to renew the upper floors and dig a whole new basement starting from an existing one of 60 sqmt to a new one of 380 sqmts.
The Client was passionate about modern design and made in Italy products.
The project was developed through a Design and Build contract which has seen Red Square Creative consultants (www.redsquarecreative.com) as a Main contractor.
