“Deli & Leisure” expresses relaxing and enjoyable lifestyle. The interior design interprets the modern loft style to achieve this theme.

The shop front is featured with a combination of black steel window and brick work. It extends to a full height glazing VIP room at the end. It gives the restaurant frontage a sense of outdoor dining atmosphere. On the left hand side of the main entrance lies the high quality showcases of cake and bread. Display hanging cabinet and graphic menu are located at the top. Behind the showcase is the see-through baker rooms sperated by glazing partition. This design aims to demonstrate the high standard of hygienic condition and catch customers' interest to the bakery production line. Similar to this approach an open kitchen is applied at the centre end of the restaurant.

Triangle is applied as the motif in the design to pair with the original shape of the site premises as well as its electrical and mechanical provision. The ceilng design incorprates with sets of triangular concrete finished beam feature that have inset with wooden panels. The triangular pattern is submerged in the layout planning and extended to the design of perforated black screen. Selected decorative elements and loft style light fittings play the role to lighten up this cozy dining space.
