Private Sports Barn | Hudson Design Architecture & Construction Management PLLC

Built for a family of sports enthusiasts, the12,000 sq.ft. sports and entertainment facility includes indoor courts for tennis, basketball,  volleyball, and viewing box overlooking the indoor courts.  The structural system integrates glulaminated wood frames with structural insulated wall and ceiling panels.  The entertainment wing of the building houses a home theater system, dining/kitchen area, exercise studio and shower room.  Glue laminated components are exposed and integrated into the interior design to add warmth and to reinforce the integrity of the wood structural system.  Cherry cabinets, trim and furniture were used to complete a comfortable, high quality atmosphere for the prime entertainment spaces.
