The base of draught #3 is a wooden house from spruce which is originated in the cooperation between developers and carpentry Gartmeier. For the kitchen the fronts were lacquered in white, the side walls, the base as well as the extractor fan are held in local walnut tree. Also in the dining area are recover walnut tree and white lacquered elements again. The front door is made out of massive oak and is covered with shod wrought iron. The stairs in the upper floor were made in walnut tree and spruce, in the bath room the oak finds itself. The country house planking vary between the species of wood larch and core ash.
