Ristrutturazione Bed & Breakfast/Renovation Bed & Breakfast | Gregorio Fragola

Il presente progetto prevede la ristrutturazione totale di un fabbricato in calcestruzzo e muratura distrubuito su quattro livelli. La stessa ha interessato in particolare il miglioramento energetico dell'involucro edilizio e modifiche degli spazi interni per la realizzazione di una struttura turistico-ricettiva come un Bed and Breakfast. I materiali che sono stati impiegati sono conformi alle normative vigenti in riferimento al contenimento dei consumi energetici.

Il fabbricato è composto da un piano interrato, un piano terra, un piano primo, un piano secondo ed un attico.

Il piano interrato è adibito a zona colazione ed area relax/lettura, il piano terra adibito ad ingresso e zona cucina, il piano primo e secondo hanno rispettivamente due stanze da letto e bagno in comune ed infine il piano attico è adibito a terrazza con gazebo, il tutto ubicato nella zona centrale della speldita città di Manduria (TA) terra del Primitivo (vino).

This project involves the total renovation of a building in concrete and masonry distrubuito on four levels. The same has notably improved building envelope and energy changes of interior spaces for the construction of a tourist accommodation as a Bed and Breakfast. The building consists of a basement, a ground floor, a first floor, a second floor and an attic. 

The basement is used as a breakfast area and a relaxation area / reading room, the ground floor used for entrance and kitchen area, the first and second floor respectively have two bedrooms and bathroom in common, and finally the top floor is used as a terrace with gazebo , all located in the central area of ​​the city of speldita Manduria (TA) land of Primitivo (wine).
