The interior design project for this Veterinary Hospital seeks to create a bond between the rural areas, where the clinic is implanted and the contemporary architecture form of the building. We proposed peaceful, while functional ambiences that recreate the atmosphere of family die, in order to generate a relaxed and comfortable space that will resemble a home feeling, recreating the experiences of either a living room or a community grocery store where everyone knows everyone and are welcome. The proposed and used materialities were natural wood and slate, or elements of the Portuguese constructive cultural heritage, such as the tiles. Thus, with this proposal we intend to provide an inviting and welcoming environment for all users of the clinic since it’s coaching staff, their customers and patients.
