This project is an innovative example of residential design building located in Sestola, mountain site, close to Modena. The structure includes six apartments optimally oriented to receive natural light all during the day: a fantastic open valley well placed and with a wide offers of services and activities for every season.

The key point of the project is the remind to the old typical “merlo” element of the Sestola Castle. The apartments lodges are closable, and being designed as holiday houses, when are empty and closed the structure becomes a compacted monolith.

Another peculiar element is the pluvial waterspout which characterized the facade of the building: it creates a real waterfall of waters that can be re used to irrigate the garden all around. Here is the reason why name Impluvium.
