The utmost attention to detail was employed in this space. The overall exterior shell was redesigned maintaining the original intent of the basic structural elements, in a warm and elegant manner. The interiors were designed taking into account that the lighting, furnishing, image and graphics needed to maintain an intimate and coordinated relationship with the overall structure. This space, once an industrial warehouse, containing weight bearing concrete beams left in their natural state along with the original shell were rejuvenated and complement the new live-work space that plays with pure and natural materials, along with contemporary and evanescent furnishings. The large semi-circular window-frame in the front of the building that was originally covered now plays the protagonistís role in defining both the interior as well as the exterior of this project.
