The building has been adapted to the topography of the land where it sits, without limiting its proper functionality, guaranteeing accessibility and circulation flows. It represents a n investment of 6.200.000 euros. The Buena Vista centre is an example of a sustainable building. It has been built complying with current legislation and furthermore addedgood practice with additional improvements in sustainability, environmental behaviour, comfort, quality of materials and efficient management of resources. This will reduce the consumption of energy and water, improving the efficiency of the building and optimise costs during use and maintenance. t has obtained a score of 6345 points on the rating label of environmental sustainability for the building in the Basque country awarded Ihobe, Public Society of Environmental Management under the Department of Environmental and Political Territory in the Basque country. Thus, sustainability is assessed in the different phases of the building, design, execution and works, use and maintenance of the building and includes the end of life. For this, we take into account different aspects such as materials, energy, waste, emissions into the atmosphere, interior quality, water, transport, use of the floor and the eco-system amongst others. The interior of the building has been equipped with Actiu furniture, a company certified as LEED® Gold for its construction and sustainable production. In the spacious corridors and waiting areas Avant benches have been installed, a modular system with soft design lines and a great quality aesthetics as well as Spacio, light and versatile, designed for different contract and habitat environments. The versatility of Spacio converts it into a chair apt to fit into any environment, be it a more formal style or completely informal. This program of benches enables the incorporation of auxiliary tables. The Buena Vista Health Centre is characterised by intense luminosity, with large windows and the its play with black and white both in the exterior and the interior. One that shows continuity in the furniture, installed all in black and white. The offices are attractively designed, functional and comfortable at the same time. The desk program Vital Plus with Cabinet Wings have been chosen with legs to one of the sides and support on a filing module. Complementing the space are two visitor chairs Spacio, in this case with legs and armrests, and the Stay operative chair, designed with a new intelligent synchro system which automatically adapts itself to the user's weight, and whose back, is made from breathable mesh, which enables a prolonged life. Some offices have a Circular Base surrounded by four Urban Plus chairs combined in black and white. It is treated as a versatile chair, with natural lines and is ergonomic. Consultations keep the same configuration but it is complemented with Metal Cabinets with louvered doors for healthcare material. In the meeting rooms a multi functional and practical space has also been sought. For this Trama desks have been installed, folding and with wheels, which facilitate movement or transfer. The Spacio chair, simple and robust in its structure and operative in its operational performance, is its companion in this composition.
