The Osservatorio villa concept seeks to combine the function of modern house with
a sense of privacy by creating internal views around an impressive Reception area. The
Reception area, considered the heart of the project, visually links the formal area with
the family space and limits the physical access with the placing of a water body with
a centralised seating area.
