Il bianco e il legno / The white and the wood

Tre Livelli di Sostenibilità, la residenza di un A.d. protagonista di una folgorante carriera ai vertici di alcuni tra i più grandi gruppi editoriali italiani. Quello che, forse, pochi sanno e che è un uomo e un consumatore competente, attento alla sostenibilità e alla salute sua e della sua famiglia. Fughiamo ogni dubbio: per lui sostenibilità non è un concetto astratto. Potrebbe parlarne a lungo, con una competenza e una profondità rare. Persona di forma e di sostanza, di rigore e di convivialità, di cultura e di innata - ma non scontata - affabilità. Tutti tratti che si possono cogliere anche solo scorrendo le immagini della sua casa freschissima di ristrutturazione. Una casa in cui ha voluto far entrare con il ruolo di grande protagonista Fiemme 3000, prevedendo pavimenti di legno ovunque, compresi bagno e cucina. «Il rivestimento è elemento fondamentale di una casa», racconta. «A questo ho dedicato una lunga e approfondita ricerca: l’obiettivo era individuare un materiale vivo, biodegradabile, facilmente smaltibile, a bassissima radioattività naturale. Il più salutare possibile, anche per mia figlia che ha appena 4 anni. Poi cercavo preparazione imprenditoriale, ma spirito artigianale, per poter contare su tutte le caratteristiche di modernità e praticità, tenuta nel tempo e robustezza. E così, passo passo, sono arrivato a questa azienda della Val di Fiemme, che ho subito sentito vicina per filosofia e impostazione.» Un’attestazione importante per Marco Felicetti che ha fondato un’azienda che produce pavimenti in legno biocompatibili partendo da una scommessa: riuscire a entrare nel mondo dell’edilizia in modo diverso, lavorando sul valore e non sul prezzo, puntando sulla qualità, piuttosto che sulla quantità, perseguendo il “benessere” e non il “benavere”. Una scelta biocompatibile è sinonimo di natura, autenticità, ampiezza di vedute. È quindi una scelta di qualità, data dalla necessità di creare, per sé stessi e per chi vive con noi, un ambiente sano, responsabile e sicuro. «Non dimentichiamo che in casa passiamo un terzo della nostra vita». Se all’imprinting della sua abitazione ha contribuito in modo diretto, per la ristrutturazione vera e propria ha lasciato carta bianca alla moglie, ingegnere, e alla loro progettista di fiducia, amica, di sempre, lei stessa ingegnere: Mariolina Kirn. «Un’accoppiata riuscita: efficienti, pragmatiche, in perfetta sintonia, forse anche grazie alla stessa rigorosa formazione». Era una casa non semplice: molto grande, su tre livelli, composta da una successione di spazi concatenati che andavano ripartiti, ampliati ed armonizzati. L’Ingegner Kirn osserva: «Abbiamo lavorato benissimo con il pavimento flottante, posato su materassino desolidarizzante in cartone e pannelli in sughero biondo naturale, per garantire il comfort acustico. Con il committente è stato seguito ogni minimo dettaglio: dal progetto edilizio alla realizzazione ». Una dettagliata analisi delle schede tecniche di tutti i materiali utilizzati - malte, gessi, smalti, pitture e stucchi ecologici - ha permesso di raggiungere un grande obiettivo: creare spazi non solo belli da fotografare, ma belli da vivere. «Una casa la cui bellezza sta nella felicità di chi la abita», conclude la Kirn, citando Gio Ponti. «E nel profumo di legno che si coglie varcandone la soglia». "To this I have devoted a long and detailed research : the goal was to identify a living material , biodegradable, easily disposed of with very low natural radioactivity . most healthy as possible, even for my daughter who has just 4 years. And so, step by step , I have arrived this company in Val di Fiemme ,that I immediately felt close to me for philosophy and approach . A biocompatible choice is synonymous with nature , authenticity, breadth of vision . It is then a choice of quality , as given that the need to create , for themselves and for those who live with us, a healthy environment , responsible and safe . "Do not forget that we spend at home a third of our lives ." If for the imprinting of his home he had contributed directly , for the restructuring he has given carte blanche to his wife , an engineer , and their trusted long-standing friend, she is engineer too: Mariolina Kirn. « A successful pairing: efficient , pragmatic , in perfect harmony , perhaps due to the same rigorous training ." It was a house not easy : very large, on three levels, consisting of a sequence of concatenated spaces that were allocated , expanded and harmonized. The Engineer Kirn observes: " We have worked well with the floating floor , laid on the mat in isolating sheet cardboard and cork natural blonde panels , to ensure acoustic comfort . A detailed analysis of the technical specifications of all the materials used - mortars , plasters , glazes, paints and ecological putties - has enabled us to achieve a big goal : to create spaces not only beautiful to photograph, but beautiful to live.
